Good class. I was practicing saying the dialogue in a more relaxed way in my own voice. The microphone was out so I got to practicing projecting my voice and at the same time not speaking from my throat. All in all it went well. I like being more like myself in other words not speaking in the sing song fashion. I think it has really helped me relax in the class...

I was soooooo tight...I didn't practice the beginners class before I taught so that is why...Nevertheless I opened up pretty well throughout the class. Full camel was pretty good but I still can't see my whole foot so I can't try to grab the feet yet...pretty soon though as I can see about half of my foot!

Good one...I focused on all good things that the students were doing. I tried to open up and actualy practice with the students meaning that I'm working on my teaching as they are working on their class! Pretty cool!
