Feeling a lot better but this class was pretty hot. I was definitely uncomfortable by triangle and feeling pretty sorry for myself.

This was his first class for BYB. I really liked the class and thought that he had a good energy and was willing to give of himself for the students. I found it easy to trust him and really went deep during backward bending.

Overall a really good class. He has a great command of the dialogue. I wouldn't have minded if it was hotter.
